Most mezcal comes from Oaxaca, what few people know is that seven different states have the denomination of origin. Michoacan has a few select agave plants that give a delightful mezcal.

True mezcal connoisseurs are passionate about these. We will visit very artesanal productions of the plant and drink, a larger industry plant, and an organic farm.
